Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Praesago you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. The service

Praesago provides property investment intelligence for postcode districts in England and Wales, including trajectory scores, area analytics, PDF reports, and monitoring alerts. Data is aggregated from publicly available government datasets.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or property advice.

Scores and reports are derived from historical public data. Past trends do not guarantee future price movements. Conduct your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before making any investment decision. We accept no liability for financial loss arising from reliance on this service.

4. Data accuracy

We source data from UK government open data APIs. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we make no warranty that data is complete, current, or error free. Data is updated periodically and there may be lag between real world events and their reflection in scores or reports.

5. Accounts

• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or are used for abuse.

6. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• Cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Report allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are not provided for partial periods except where required by law.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Resell or redistribute raw data as a competing data product
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
• Scrape or bulk download the dataset without a licence

You may reference scores and data in your own analysis or client materials, with Praesago credited as the source.

8. Intellectual property

The scoring methodology, report templates, and platform design are proprietary. Underlying government datasets are published under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Generated PDF reports may be shared with clients but may not be republished commercially as a standalone product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit or investment losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may modify these terms or the service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in app notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
